4C The Power Goals

The goal of the 4C the Power Program is to build communities by providing workshops with professional artists for youth in the area of the arts to promote a greater connection to education, their school and community. 4C data has demonstrated an increase in attendance, grade point average and high school graduation. 4C the Power is also designed to assist students in building confidence through learning about their awe- some potential via their own creativity, culture and responsibility to the community.

4C the Power Program Objectives

  • Interactive workshops for grades 7-12 that incorporates the 4 C’s of "Creativity, Culture, Community and Confidence" that results in a presentation, performance or product at the conclusion of the workshops.
  • Building strong, equitable and educated communities by be a driving force behind the “Movement.”
  • Professional artists are able to give back to the community by training youth and performing.
  • 4C Volunteers and Interns gain leadership skills in preparation to be leaders in their own community.
